M/s. Ishi Marine Technologies was established in May 2014 as an exclusive feed provider for aquaculture industry with best quality products. The unit was set-up at Plot No. 432, Sakhya GIDC, and Vaagra Taluka in Bharuch District spread across 26181Sq. mts. manufacturing high quality shrimp feeds.
To achieve growth and long-term success, Ishi Marine Technologies had tied up with Zeigler Feeds USA in 2014 as their technology transfer partner. Zeigler Feeds is a global leader in research, development and production of nutritional solutions for the aquaculture. With this partnership, Ishi Marine Technologies had been able to automate the entire process with the use of latest technology and innovation right from yield to packaging. Ishi Marine Technologies is the second only shrimp feed manufacturing plant in Gujarat that is on a mission is to evolve this industry by producing highest quality feed and work in collaboration with farmers and shrimp dealers.
Couple of such experienced entities M/s. Shree Sai Krupa Aquaculture Pvt. Ltd and M/s. Vaishnavi Aquatech that are already engaged in shrimp farming and feed supplies for over a decade now.
Technology Transfer Partnership With Zeigler
Zeigler originated in 1935 as a local producer of poultry and livestock feeds. Till date the company had been continuously developing new and innovative technologies for specialty markets. Utilizing core competencies in R&D, nutritional formulation, and process engineering, Zeigler currently manufactures over 300 products and exports to over 50 countries around the world.
Though Zeigler manufactured first aquatic feeds in 1955, the company continuously focused on research and development of aquatic feeds under the leadership of Dr. Thomas Zeigler. It was only in the 80's where they became the pioneers in developing technology to achieve desired water stability for shrimp feeds. With focused journey of identifying and pursuing solutions to aquaculture industry, the company took leap in playing key role of the paradigm shift in this industry. Since then the company has achieved many mile stones in development and also received various awards in the aquaculture industry.
